  Peggy is a great instructor and personal trainer. She takes the time to teach proper form and makes sure you understand what muscles should and should not be involved in the exercise. Being new to Pilates, I felt welcomed and comfortable right from the start. She teaches to all levels and knows when to push you to the next level. I highly recommend A Perfect Fit for classes and personal training.
